G-Step offers tailormade solutions for tree felling and forestry – no task is too small or too large for us. You will find working with us pleasant, smooth, and safe – we have a friendly twinkle in our eye. We are driven by the satisfaction of our clients and execute of all our assignments according to agreement. For us, there is simply no better reward than a happy client.

We offer our services in the Vasa and Korsholm area. The archipelago has a special place in our hearts and as such we are more than happy to provide you our services in the archipelago as well.

Services

Tree felling

Our yard services include tree felling in tricky places, section felling while climbing, precision felling, stump grinding and removal of materials. We further process all of the material, among other things to wood chips, planks and firewood, as well as for local drum manufacturing. When you hire our services, the job will get done in the best possible way and we leave no messes behind us.

Forestry

We offer various manual forestry services, such as afforestation, clearing jobs, manual culling, and logging. As qualified forestry entrepreneurs, with additional proficiency in care and conservation of nature, we conduct all our services carefully and effectively in accordance with all forestry recommendations.

One stop shop

Do you need to get rid of a tree in your backyard, clear out a land lot for a new construction site or plant 17 000 trees in your forest range? For us there are no tasks too small or too large, we can find a solution that fulfils all your unique needs in the best possible way. Our wide network of partners functions as a guarantee that we can get even the most demanding jobs done.

About Simon

Simon is an easy-going guy with a great sense of humor, but he also knows when to take matters seriously. He is a father of two and the whole world is his playground. Simon has plenty of work experience from high altitudes as he used to work in the crane industry. He also has a solid knowledge base for issues concerning precision and safety.

Simon enjoys challenges and has a well-trained eye for finding solutions. For him the most difficult tasks are the most interesting ones.

Simon can, among other things, remove trees from even the trickiest of places. He has a certificate for section felling via Certified Tree Climber (CTC) and his certificate number is 2022048391. Click to see certificate.>>

About Emma

Emma is a cheerful person, who always greets everyone with a smile on her face. She is a true powerhouse and has always loved the environment and nature. After a long career in mental health services, she changed course to be able to work in the place she loves the most, the forest. Emma is driven by excellent work results and puts her heart into every task she takes on.

Emma takes care of manual forestry services. Right now, she is completing her studies in forestry services at Yrkesakademin in Vasa. She has previously completed a nature care certificate.

About the company

The family-owned business G-Step was founded in the fall of 2022 and is run by Emma and Simon Granfors. G-Step provides various services within tree felling and forestry. The company operates in the Vasa and Korsholm regions as well as in the archipelago. G-Step makes sure your yard will be taken care of in a dignified manner. By taking care of your yard, you will prevent a lot of future problems, plus you can use your yard to its fullest potential. In the same way, the forest needs tending. A well-maintained forest is a form of climate action – by taking care of your forest you take care of the environment as well.
